Hydraulic support antifreeze liquid is used for hydraulic support and other hydraulic equipment in the cold season ground storage, maintenance, and delivery of antifreeze, used as the power transmission medium of coal mine hydraulic support system, to meet the use requirements of hydraulic support and its pump station under low temperature conditions, can effectively protect the hydraulic support in cold conditions from being damaged by low temperature, extend its service life.
In order to ensure the freezing point of the antifreeze of the hydraulic support, the original liquid must be used directly during installation and shall not be diluted. The antifreeze used for the hydraulic support shall not be lower than the minimum operating temperature of the antifreeze of the model according to the local minimum temperature. That is, it is used directly within the range of not less than -40C.
