Mine Support Emulsion Oil

Requirements for Use of Mine Lubricating Oil Series
The emulsified oil and liquid water according to the stock liquid: water =5:95 (weight ratio), dilute evenly can be applied. The water for mixing liquid should meet the following requirements: no odor, no mechanical impurities and no suspended matter.
This kind of emulsified oil dissolved in cold water, with strong cleaning performance in addition to oil, for a long time the application of old emulsified oil equipment to use this product, it is easy to remove the old oil in the original equipment, resulting in too much floating objects, so before replacing this kind of emulsified oil, should thoroughly clean the oil in the original equipment. If the oil in the pipeline is difficult to completely remove, use this emulsion, after several cycles to remove the floating matter in the distribution box, you can remove all.
The hydraulic fluid can be evenly dispersed in the water by compressed air, liquid flow circulation or screw stirring in the liquid distribution tank.
When detecting refraction, it is necessary to adjust the liquid distribution water to zero point and take samples in the liquid return pipe of the working face for refraction detection. When the indicator number of refraction meter is less than the working concentration, emulsified oil should be added in time to avoid the use of concentration can not meet the requirements and affect the performance.
This product can not be used as daily washing supplies, if accidentally splashed into the eyes should be immediately washed with plenty of water.
In the cold season, when the support or pillar is lifting the well, the diluent in the cylinder should be drained and the antifreeze for the hydraulic support should be added to prevent the cylinder and other hydraulic components from freezing.
