Classification of MetalWorking Fluid
Rust-proof Emulsion Oil
Emulsified oil is a stable mixture of two immiscible liquids, oil and water, which are typically difficult to mix and keep stable. The emulsification process generally involves the use of an emulsifying agent or surfactant that assists in keeping the two liquids separate while creating a stable dispersion.
Metal Cutting Oil
Cutting oil is a vital lubricant used in the machining industry. These oils are used to lubricate machine parts and tools during cutting, reducing the wear and tear of the tool and component, enhancing the quality of the product being produced, and reducing the risk of injuries to both workers and equipment.

Functions of Metal Working Fluid
Improve processing quality
Metalworking fluid can not only lubricate the metal surface and reduce friction loss, but also reduce the heat generated during cutting, avoid metal surface deformation and cracks during processing, and improve the processing quality.
Improve safety
Metalworking fluid has anti-rust and sterilization effects, which can prevent the surface of knives and parts from being contaminated. At the same time, metalworking fluids need to comply with relevant safety operation procedures when used, which can prevent accidents and improve processing safety.
Improve efficiency
Metalworking fluid can reduce friction and heat during processing, so that the processing speed is improved, thereby improving processing efficiency.
Reduce costs
The use of metalworking fluid can reduce the wear of machine tools and tools, extend the service life of machine tools and tools, and reduce maintenance costs and replacement costs.

Metalworking fluids cover most of the fluids used for metalworking, such as emulsified metalworking fluids, semi-synthetic metalworking fluids, fully synthetic metalworking fluids, and metalworking oils, all of which are metalworking fluids.
Although there are many types of metalworking fluids, most of the methods used are similar. Water-soluble metalworking fluids need to be diluted by adding water. As for the water quality added, it must meet the requirements of metalworking fluids. Because water is divided into hard water and soft water.
The use of metalworking oil is not the same as the use of metalworking fluid. Metalworking oil cannot be added to water, and it can be used directly without adding water. No further dilution is required when using it. However, when metal processing, it is necessary to select the metal processing oil with the required concentration of load processing according to the material, method, and requirements of the processing.
Whether it is a metalworking fluid or metalworking oil when stored, it should be stored in a cool and dry place, avoiding direct sunlight. Follow the first-in, first-out principle when using it.
Mixing Requirements of Metal Working Fluid
When mixing metalworking fluids, we recommend that a proportioner be used to insure that a stable mix is formed at the correct concentration.
① Automatic Proportioner - Mounts vertically to a fluid reservoir wall to automatically mix fluid concentrate with water to a pre-determined level.
② Proportioner - Drum mounted that supplies 3 to 4 gallons per minute of premix fluid for individual machine tanks
③ Provides two dilutions of a single metalworking fluid concentrate for the "charging" and "makeup" of a machine tank.
