HFAE15-5 Mine Support Emulsion Oil
Products Overview
HFAE15-5 Mine Support Emulsion Oil is a professional antifreeze emulsion oil specifically developed for mining operations in low-temperature regions. It primarily addresses issues such as crystallization, solidification, and emulsion failure in emulsion oils at low temperatures. HFAE15-5 utilizes a special low-temperature resistant formula, maintaining stable performance even in extremely cold conditions (down to -30°C). With its superior antifreeze properties, emulsion stability, and lubrication performance, it provides protection for support equipment in high-latitude or cold-region mines, ensuring safe and uninterrupted operation during winter.
Core Advantages

Excellent Antifreeze Performance
Specifically formulated for low-temperature environments, it maintains stable fluidity even at -30°C, without crystallization or solidification. It effectively solves the problem of emulsion oil failure in low-temperature environments, allowing mining support equipment (such as hydraulic supports) to start and operate normally even in extremely cold conditions, preventing equipment damage from freezing.
Rapid Emulsification and Low-Temperature Stability
HFAE15-5 Mine Support Emulsion Oil uses a highly efficient low-temperature emulsifier, enabling rapid emulsification (≤5 minutes) even in low-temperature water conditions. After standing at low temperatures for 24 hours, no stratification, sedimentation, or demulsification occurs, ensuring uniform lubrication and protection of the entire hydraulic system and maintaining stable performance at low temperatures.

Excellent Low-Temperature Lubrication and Protection Performance
Our low-viscosity formula ensures that HFAE15-5 maintains good fluidity at low temperatures, allowing it to quickly penetrate hydraulic lines and support equipment components, forming a uniform lubricating film. It effectively reduces wear on critical components such as hydraulic valves and piston rods in low-temperature environments, extending equipment life and reducing maintenance costs.
Strong Adaptability to Low-Temperature Water Quality
It adapts to the low-temperature hard water environments common in cold regions, forming a stable emulsion system in water with a pH of 6.5-9.0. It has strong resistance to impurities in low-temperature water, avoiding emulsification failure caused by water quality issues in cold weather.

Instructions for Use
1. In low-temperature environments, it is recommended to store the product in a warm warehouse (above 0℃) to avoid long-term exposure to extremely low temperatures, which may cause crystallization and affect the emulsification effect.
2. Prepare the emulsion according to the recommended emulsification concentration (5%). It is recommended to use warm water (10℃-20℃) for emulsification to accelerate the emulsification process and ensure emulsion homogeneity.
3. During use, regularly check the temperature and condition of the emulsion. If the ambient temperature is below -25℃, increase the emulsion concentration to 5.5% to enhance antifreeze performance.
4. Oil change interval ≥ 700 hours. In extremely cold conditions (below -25℃), to ensure the product's antifreeze and lubrication performance, the oil change interval can be shortened to 600 hours.
