Concentrated liquid is the primary transmission system material of each coal mining hydraulic support at present. The foam formed by concentrated liquid is the key factor that interferes with the stable operation of hydraulic support. The foam formation and removal can be regulated by adding defoaming agent. Therefore, it is very important to select a good concentrate with good defoaming properties.

Defoaming agent is composed of active ingredients, emulsifier, carrier and emulsifying agent. It is insoluble or slightly soluble in the bubbling substance. The surface tension is lower than that of the bubbling substance, and it is dispersed in the bubbling substance by fine particles.

The "Emulsion, Concentrated Liquid and Its High Water Cut Hydraulic Fluid for Hydraulic Support" stipulates the defoaming property of concentrated liquid when it is blended into high water cut hydraulic fluid: Fill the high-water-based hydraulic fluid prepared according to the prescribed concentration into the pre-cleaned 100 bo-liter plugged volumetric bottle to the 50 bo-liter ruler, plug the volumetric bottle tightly, shake the volumetric bottle up and down for 1.0min under the conditions of 10-35 ℃, 200-300mm vibration amplitude and 100-120 times /min, and then let it stand. To observe the condition of foam removal, the residual foam volume should not be more than 2.0 ml. After several tests, all the indicators of Sanjing concentrated liquid reached the standard, and the residual foam volume was far less than 2.0ml.
