It is a new generation of better hydraulic transmission products, replacing traditional concentrates.

Two, six hazards after water mixed with hydraulic support concentrated liquid.

1. The water mixed in the oil will emulsify the concentrated liquid of the hydraulic support into white turbidity. If the hydraulic support concentrate itself has poor anti-emulsification ability, the water cannot be separated from the oil for a period of time, so that the oil is always in a state of white turbidity. The concentrated liquid of white turbidity hydraulic support enters the hydraulic system, which not only rusts the hydraulic components, but also reduces the lubrication performance, intensifies the wear of parts and reduces the efficiency of the system.

2. Water will also produce pollutants such as precipitation and colloid with some additives in the oil, accelerating the deterioration of the oil.

3. Sulfur and chlorine in water and oil produce sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid, which aggravate the wear and tear of parts, accelerate the oxidation and deterioration of oil, and even produce a large amount of sludge.

4. After the iron metal in the hydraulic system rusts, the peeling rust flows and diffuses in the pipes and hydraulic components of the hydraulic system, resulting in the rust of the entire system and excessive peeling rust and oxide.

5. In addition, at low temperatures, water condenses into small ice grains, which are also easy to plug the gaps and dead openings of the control elements.

6. These water contaminants and the oxidized products in the concentrated fluid of the hydraulic support immediately become catalysts for further oxidation, leading to blockage of hydraulic components or resulting in a series of failures such as hydraulic system failure, tubing blockage, cooler efficiency reduction, oil filter blockage, etc.
