The hydraulic system of automobile and construction machinery uses hydraulic oil as the working medium. The flow rate of oil in this kind of hydraulic system is not big and the pressure is high, so it is called static pressure drive. The quality of hydraulic oil will greatly affect the reliability and service life of hydraulic system. Usually the quality requirements of hydraulic oil are as follows:
1) Suitable viscosity and good viscosion-temperature performance to ensure accurate and sensitive power transmission under the condition of working temperature changes, and to ensure the normal lubrication of hydraulic components.
2) With good rust resistance and oxidation stability, under high temperature and high pressure conditions is not easy to oxidation metamorphism, long service life.
3) It has good foam resistance, so that the foam generated by the oil is easy to disappear under the working conditions of constant mechanical agitation, so that the power transmission is stable and the accelerated oxidation of hydraulic oil is avoided.
