Li Bing, deputy secretary-general of the State Council SASAC, said that in 2023, the State Council SASAC further increased the reorganization and integration of central enterprises, and in the next step, the State Council SASAC will, in accordance with the requirements related to the deepening and upgrading of the reform of state-owned enterprises, focus on the unswervingly stronger and better state-owned enterprises, and promote the reorganization and integration of work further deeper and more practical.

Meanwhile, Xie Xiaobing, head of the Property Rights Administration Bureau of the State Council SASAC, said that in the early stage, the SASAC has promoted the central enterprises to incorporate the value of listed companies to realize the relevant indicators into the performance evaluation system of listed companies. They will also guide the heads of central enterprises to pay more attention to the market performance of the listed companies under their control, promptly convey confidence and stabilize expectations by applying market-based means such as share increase and repurchase, and increase cash dividends to better reward investors.
