On December 28, 2023, Kunlun Lubrication, together with China National Petroleum Technology Development Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "CNPC TD"), successfully signed a lubricant additives project contract with SONATRACH, the Algerian national oil company. The export of lubricant additives to the Algerian market is the first cooperation between Kunlun Lubrication and CNPC Gikai, and it is also the practical outcome of Kunlun Lubrication's response to the national "One Belt, One Road" initiative and the "Going Out" strategy, which marks a zero breakthrough of Kunlun Lubrication's lubricant additives in the African market. It also marks the breakthrough of Kunlun lubrication additive products in African market.
Since the start of the Algerian lubricant additives bidding project, Kunlun Lubrication has been working closely with CNOOC Gikai to follow up on the progress of the bidding process, give full play to its own strengths, closely follow up on the customer's intention and technical requirements, finely study the competitive situation, and accurately formulate the bidding strategy. In the end, Kunlun Lubrication and CNOOC Gikai stood out in the fierce competition with many international famous companies, won the bidding section and signed the supply contract smoothly.
